Post Op recommendation: Lymphatic drainage massage EVERY day until drainage is complete, then every other day “hands only” Lymphatic massage until 6 wk mark depending on Drs instructions. After 6 wk clearance we can proceed to contouring stage to include Wood therapy, Ultrasound Cavitaion etc.
